Handouts

  1. Frequently used approximations
  2. Cadence circuit simulator
  3. Waveform Calculator
  4. Distortion Analysis of Sampled Signals
  5. AMI 0.5μm process design flow
  6. PCB design Tutorial outlines how to design a pcb for testing your chip using a software called pcb. This is installed under /tools1/pcb/bin/pcb. The footprints for the 28 and 40 pin chips from MOSIS and the 7 segment display can be obtained from the directory /user1/faculty/nkrishna/courses/E4332/pcbtemplates You will need these in order to make the PCB. The datasheet for the 7 segment display is here. It is for Digikey part number 67-1403-ND.
