Successfully Completed over ten Sponsored research projects dealing with high voltage PIN diodes for phased array radar applications, Bipolar Transistors and Silicon On Insulator(SOI) MOSFETs , solar cells , Micro machining process development , micro-machined silicon accelerometer design and development, micro machined piezo resistive polycrystalline pressure sensors and now working on the integration of Electronics and micro machined pressure sensors. Recently, began a project on the Design and fabrication of Micro pump for biomedical and micro fluidic applications.
