  1. Developed a video course on "High Speed Devices and Circuits" as part of the National Program on Technology Enhanced Learning (NPTEL) initiative, operating under the Memorandum of Understanding between the IIT and MHRD.

  2. Organized, developed and offered several new courses at IIT Madras:
    1. VLSI Technology
    2. Semiconductor Power Devices
    3. Power Semiconductor Devices and Power Integrated Circuits
    4. Semiconductor Device Modeling
    5. Compound Semiconductors- Properties and Applications
