Guidelines for paper submisison:



For Type 1 speakers

Your extended abstract should ideally give an overview of your work, briefly highlighting the main idea and the key results, perhaps with an essential figure(s). It should help Workshop attendees get the gist of the paper before they attend your talk. The extended abstract is strictly limited to two pages The standard IEEE format may be used for preparing the extended abstract (available on the IEEE site).

Original and completed results will be considered for oral presentation.

Early research work will be considered for a short presentation. Students are encouraged to send their early works for short presentation sessions.

Acceptance notification will be sent in the first week of March 2024.

For Type 2 speakers

Authors who need their papers to be archived at IEEJ, should register the title, author's name(s) and a 100 word abstract of the paper on IEEJ site by January 22, 2024. They must also upload the final manuscript on IEEJ website before March 7, 2024. The final manuscripts must be 4 to 6 pages and prepared using the IEEJ format (available on the IEEJ site).

Program will be released in the first week of March 2024.
