LABORATORY ACTIVITIES

  1. Development of Green Energy Experimental Set up for conducting research studies on the design, topologies, control algorithms, for DC to DC, DC/ AC converters for micro grid systems
  2. Development of FACTs and Custom Power Devices laboratory which facilitates standard set ups for various custom power devices such as STATCOM, DVR and UPQC for experimentation.
  3. Power Quality Hardware Laboratory is developed with a DSP and DSPACE based generalized power quality hardware set-up to test and evaluate the performance of various control algorithms for load compensation and voltage regulation in Power Distribution Network.
  4. The power Quality Simulation Laboratory is developed to understand PQ problems and their mitigation, PQ Monitoring, Analysis and Interpretation
