| Fabrication of Integrated Optical Polarizer for Fiber Optic Gyro Applications (Sponsored by RCI, Hyderabad, Initiated in 2007) It is proposed for the fabrication and process optimization of integrated optical polarizer with a single-mode waveguide in ferroelectric lithium niobate (LiNbO3) crystal. The optimized parameters will be useful for further development of an integrated optical gyro chip comprised of a polarization maintained waveguide, power splitter, and a phase modulator. |
