Transistor and inverter characteristics

Determine the current factor and the threshold voltage of nMOS and pMOS transistors in CD4069 by fixing V_DS to V_cc/2 and varying V_GS

Determine the I_DS versus V_DS for V_GS=V_cc/2

Determine I_out versus V_in of the inverter with V_out=V_cc/2

You can use a separate power supply for generating the variable bias voltages or a resistive voltage divider(say, a chain of 16 identical resistors from V_cc to ground)

Use a 5V supply for CD 4069

Be sure to disable the unused transistors by connecting their inputs appropriately as shown in the figures
