====== Transistor and inverter characteristics ======
  * Determine the current factor and the threshold voltage of nMOS and pMOS transistors in CD4069 by fixing V<sub>DS</sub> to V<sub>cc</sub>/2 and varying V<sub>GS</sub>
  * Determine the I<sub>DS</sub> versus V<sub>DS</sub> for V<sub>GS</sub>=V<sub>cc</sub>/2
  * Determine I<sub>out</sub> versus V<sub>in</sub> of the inverter with V<sub>out</sub>=V<sub>cc</sub>/2
  * You can use a separate power supply for generating the variable bias voltages or a resistive voltage divider(say, a chain of 16 identical resistors from V<sub>cc</sub> to ground)
  * Use a 5V supply for CD 4069
  * Be sure to disable the unused transistors by connecting their inputs appropriately as shown in the figures
