The first thing to do is to prepare a well written submission. Read the (good) papers in some IEEE publications(e.g. Journal of Solid State Circuits, Transactions on Circuits and Systems) for models to follow. You can refer to [[http://www.bartleby.com/141/|Elements of Style]] by Strunk and White for guidelines on the usage of language. Most conferences ask for online submission of pdf documents with all fonts embedded. See [[:tips|this page]] on how to do the conversion correctly.
