Your extended abstract should ideally give an overview of your paper, briefly highlighting the main new idea and the key results, perhaps with an essential figure(s). It should help conference attendees get the gist of the paper before they attend your talk/poster, as well as other readers browsing the workshop proceedings after the event. The extended abstract is strictly limited to two pages. This includes all figures, references, acknowledgements, etc. The extended abstract format may follow the templates provided by IEEE and IEEJ that are available in the suitable websites.
The extended abstract should be submitted through Easychair. Authors needs to have an Easychair account and can be created by following the instructions on the Easychair website. Attendees who pay registration fee makes oral presentations by using electrical issues, e.g., Powerpoint, Word, PDF, and etc. Students must make an interactive presentation in the poster session. The size of poster is recommended to be between A2 and A1.
