Step-2

Please ensure that the final manuscript adheres to the IEEE templates. Papers not adhering to the template will not be uploaded to IEEE Xplore
Authors are required to submit the final manuscript in a form compatible with IEEE Xplore requirements. Authors should use IEEE pdf eXpress for this purpose. pdf eXpress is a tool that can be used in two modes - (i) to check if your pdf files have been created for IEEE Xplore compatibility or (ii) to create pdfs from several other formats with IEEE Xplore compatibility. The procedure to use this may be reviewed by reading this document. Please note that the pdf eXpress site for this conference will become active from 29/10/2011

Step-3

Once a proper pdf file has been created, authors should upload the final manuscript using their login process at the conference website. Authors should upload two documents
1. the confirmation report (email) from pdf eXpress validating compatibilty with IEEE Xplore
2. the pdf file of the final manuscript with copyright information
