Abstract

CMOS ICs for generating 10Vppd sinusoids at 1kHz and 10kHz with THD less than -140dBc to test high-resolution ADCs are demonstrated. Capacitor nonlinearity cancellation and opamp output conductance nonlinearity suppression are incorporated into an active-RC band-pass filter and oscillator.
