The Electrical Engineering Association, IIT Madras, is organizing a two-day workshop on CDMA on the 3rd and 4th of September in association with QUALCOMM.
The workshop spans a comprehensive range of topics pertaining to both software and hardware development of CDMA technology. The content of the workshop has been tailored to suit the needs of both students and professionals. Highlights include Lectures as well as Product Demonstrations and Exhibitions by QUALCOMM.
QUALCOMM is a Fortune 500 company founded in 1985, which has more than 3000 patents of CDMA related technologies to its name. They are the pioneers in the use of CDMA technology for wireless and data products.
Commercially introduced by QUALCOMM in 1995, CDMA has quickly become one of the world's fastest-growing wireless technologies and has been selected as the primary technology for third-generation (3G) wireless systems.

The workshop capacity is limited to 250 ( including both students and industry professionals). Please register online at the earliest. Registration is on a first come first serve basis.
During the workshop, participants will receive additional material pertaining to the topics covered, along with a CD containing information regarding the subjects discussed. They will also receive white-papers on relevant issues in CDMA. At the end of the workshop, all participants will receive participation certificates.
