IIT Madras, Chennai invites Expression of Interest for the conversion of an existing laboratory into Class 1000 clean rooms of approximately 300 sq.m area suitable for semiconductor fabrication and testing. The scope of the work includes:
- Design of Clean room structure, HVAC, Electrical, Fire detection and suppression, Utility piping & validation, Building automation system, UHP gas piping, SS process cooling water piping
- Supply of all required materials and their installation as per design
- Commissioning and Certification of the Clean Rooms
The estimated cost is about Rs. 5 crores.
